16 Mar 2021 — The LIGO, Virgo and KAGRA collaborations report upper limits on anisotropies in the stochastic gravitational wave background using data from the three observing runs of the Advanced LIGO and Advanced Virgo detectors. The paper describing these new results is now available from the ArXiv preprint server. While no detection has been reported in the paper, we set stringent limits on the possible anisotropies in the gravitational-wave background.
